I’ll also show you how to create a practical and robust plan to achieve your ‘Elite’ vision that everyone can understand. This plan comprises a series of ‘Milestones’, like the milestones that mark a route, each of which you have to reach and pass to complete your journey. For each Milestone, I’ll show you how to create –
– a Briefing Document, that defines your criteria for success
– an Activity Plan, that sets out the steps to reach your goal, and
– a Resource Plan, that identifies the ideal members of each milestone team.
