How to Get Your People to ‘Buy-in’

In this Step, I’ll show you how to use unique change management techniques to get your people’s buy-in to your ‘Elite’ business improvement program, including the awkward ones. I’ll show you how to reconcile your people’s built-in reluctance to change with your business’ need for change using special ‘people’ skills that you won’t find anywhere else. 

You’ll look over my shoulder as I work with the in-house project team in the typical pharma company over the first seven weeks of their ‘Elite’ program, to develop –
– their Communications program that changed the perceptions and motivations of the wider population within the business, and
– their Change Management program that changed the perceptions and motivations of particular individuals.
Each of these has the same broad goals, but uses different techniques to achieve them.
